[Decision by the Ministry of Commerce on the Succession of Anti-Dumping Duty Rates for Imported Copolymer Polyoxymethylene Originating from the United States, the European Union, Taiwan Region, and Japan] On April 1 and April 22, 2026, the Ministry of Commerce received applications submitted by Daicel Corporation and Taiwan Daicel Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. The aforementioned companies requested to respectively succeed the anti-dumping duty rates and other rights and obligations applicable to Polyplastics Co., Ltd. and Taiwan Polyplastics Co., Ltd. in the anti-dumping measures against imported copolymer polyoxymethylene originating from the United States, the European Union, Taiwan Region, and Japan.
