Recently, trading U.S. stock contracts has been super profitable. I made $20,000 USDT in less than 3 days on Binance, and my account made it into Binance's 30-day TOP rankings. I mainly use two strategies: 1️⃣ Price convergence before and after market open: The sentiment has been great these past couple of days. Before the official U.S. stock market opens during the day, Binance's SNDK contracts often show a noticeable premium, sometimes reaching around 3%. But if there’s no major news, I can immediately execute a price convergence trade at market open. I usually trade actively, like last Friday when I went short first and then long, capturing a price spread opportunity close to 4%. Of course, this strategy heavily relies on the exchange's depth; otherwise, slippage and limited capacity can be an issue! My top choice is Binance. On the 17th, the one-sided open interest (OI) for SNDK on Binance was approximately $626 million, accounting for 59.5% of the mainstream venues I selected. What does this mean? It’s roughly 3x the second-ranked mainstream exchange and 5.6x the one-sided adjusted value of leading on-chain perpetual platforms. This high level of open interest and trading volume creates an excellent environment for me to execute price spread trades. 2️⃣ Using Binance’s Sandisk perpetual pre-market price as a leading indicator for U.S. stock market expectations: Even when the U.S. stock market hasn’t officially opened, Binance’s SNDKUSDT continues trading 24/7. If it shows a significant pre-market rise—not just a random isolated spike with no volume, but accompanied by sustained trading and buy orders in the order book—I usually interpret it as: The market is already trading in anticipation of Sandisk opening higher. For me, this serves as a valuable early signal. Of course, I still use Binance’s order book as the main reference point because the primary liquidity for SNDK perpetual contracts is on Binance. If the order book is thin and just a few tens of thousands of dollars can skew the price, then that price doesn’t hold much reference value. 3️⃣ Binance just listed CXMT (ChangXin Memory Technologies), covering A-shares for the first time. I’m guessing the open interest and liquidity will also be high, giving me a chance to try trading A-shares. I’ll continue observing A-share opportunities using the same logic mentioned above.
