Wu Blockchain has learned that the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) in the United States has issued a proposed Accounting Standards Update (ASU), aiming to clarify through examples how the current GAAP definition of 'cash equivalents' applies to certain digital assets, including stablecoins, in order to reduce discrepancies in accounting practices among different companies.
