Today's Market Overview
The Asian session didn’t drop all day... just a slight dip to test the 1-line at 64k from Chart 3 and hit TP1.
U.S. markets are about to open soon...
Currently, Coinbase's real premium is still positive in pre-market trading... so it seems like the likelihood of continued ETF inflows is relatively high.
If the premium remains after the market opens, and Coinbase CVD aligns...
Then we’ll look toward the 65k area for the pending order zone (Chart 2). That’s the target for today.
-----------
Combining the upper and lower POC (Chart 3)
Today's plan is pretty clear. If we continue upward, we’ll monitor the 65k pending order zone for potential absorption/volume increase/entry models...
(As mentioned yesterday, the upward leg of about 4.6% would also land in the 65k~65.2k range.)
If we break below the current Asian session consolidation range, and drop below 64k, there’s still the 63.6k POC below that could act as support.
(For example, if there’s a sudden algorithmic dump right before the U.S. market opens.)
-----------
Color Band Model shows a band below today (Chart 4)
But this distant band is deceptive. It mainly reflects an imbalance in pending contract orders within the 2.5%~5% price range.
The reason for this is that a large number of pending buy orders below 63k are just within the 2.5%~5% range below the current price.
However, there are no pending sell orders within the 2.5%~5% range above the current price.
Right now, most of the pending sell orders are actually within the 2.5% range...
So this color band isn’t reliable for now.
------------
So, today’s plan is to just focus on the parts mentioned in Chart 3.
