[Alibaba-Backed Humanoid Robotics Company LimX Dynamics Plans Hong Kong IPO to Raise Up to $300 Million] According to Bloomberg, Shenzhen-based humanoid robotics company LimX Dynamics has confidentially submitted its Hong Kong IPO application, aiming to raise up to approximately $300 million. The company is collaborating with CITIC Securities to advance the listing process. Founded in 2022, LimX specializes in humanoid robots for applications in households, manufacturing, research, and commercial spaces. Its investors include Alibaba Group, JD.com, and IDG Capital. In July this year, LimX completed a $200 million Pre-IPO funding round, with a corresponding valuation of approximately 15 billion RMB. The final issuance size and specific timeline are still under discussion.
