Centralized exchanges, if they think a customer received questionable funds, should either return them to the original source or to the address specified by the customer. The most shameless thing is freezing the questionable funds of the customer—don’t freeze the entire account! If they do this, the exchange itself could poison small amounts of funds and then seize all of the customer’s assets!
