《USD1 New Yield Entry: HertzFlow Genesis Vault Now Open for Deposits》
Yesterday, HertzFlow @Hertzflow_xyz officially launched on BNB Chain and simultaneously opened deposits for the Season 1 Genesis Vault.
WLFI @worldlibertyfi @ZachWitkoff also announced their support for this Genesis Vault event, with all USD1 incentives provided by WLFI.
The Genesis Vault isn’t a traditional fixed-income product but rather a liquidity warm-up mechanism ahead of HertzFlow’s mainnet launch.
Funds deposited in advance will become the initial liquidity for the perpetual trading pool after the mainnet goes live. As early liquidity providers, users can earn yield incentives and points rewards.
The rewards are mainly divided into three parts:
1️⃣ Floating APY
LP earnings generated by the perpetual contract trading pool after the mainnet launch, including trading fees and profit-sharing from traders’ PnL.
2️⃣ HertzFlow Merits Points
Merits are the reward tokens for HertzFlow’s first season and will serve as proof of eligibility for future airdrops.
After depositing funds, users will continuously accumulate points based on the deposit duration. If a single deposit remains untouched for 90 days, the points earned during those 90 days will receive a 10x multiplier.
3️⃣ USD1 / $U Subsidies
The Genesis Vault offers two pools: USD1 (deposit cap of $4.44M) and $U (deposit cap of $8.88M). Users who deposit the corresponding assets will receive liquidity incentive rewards. There are no individual deposit limits—first come, first served.
⚠️ Friendly Reminder: Exiting early means forfeiting the 10x reward!
To ensure long-term liquidity, HertzFlow has also designed some deposit rules:
Each deposit is calculated independently for the 90-day cycle; adding funds won’t reset the progress of existing deposits.
For partial withdrawals, the system will prioritize deducting the most recently deposited funds, aiming to preserve positions nearing the 90-day mark.
Vault shares can be transferred, but the sender will be considered as withdrawing, and the recipient will need to restart the deposit cycle.
So, after understanding the reward mechanism and deposit rules, how do we participate in the Genesis Vault deposits?
Here’s the step-by-step guide compiled by us:
1. Open the HertzFlow official website and connect a supported wallet.
2. Go to the Genesis Vault and choose the USD1 Pool / $U Pool.
3. Enter the deposit amount (minimum 10U).
4. If your wallet doesn’t have USD1, you can exchange it directly and then deposit.
5. Confirm the transaction to start accumulating liquidity incentives and Merits points.
As of the time of this post, the USD1 Pool has reached approximately 30% of its cap, while the $U Pool has reached about 1%. Once the respective pool caps are reached, the deposit entry will close.
