With only 1 day left until the voting deadline, GIP-153 has a support rate as high as 98.5%, but the Quorum progress is only at 10.3%. If no major token holders step in on the last day, this proposal will fail due to not meeting the Quorum requirement. Since this proposal was initiated by the official @gnosis_ team, I have every reason to suspect that large validators closely tied to the founding team are watching from the sidelines, waiting to step in closer to the deadline to meet the Quorum requirement.
