[Analyst: Bitcoin Long-Term Holder Supply Near Historical Peak, Selling Pressure Remains Low]
CryptoQuant analyst Axel Adler Jr. stated that the supply of Bitcoin long-term holders (LTH) currently stands at 16.35 million BTC, only 58,000 BTC below the historical peak of 16.41 million BTC recorded on July 30, with an increase of 1.38 million BTC over the past 90 days. Additionally, in the past 15 days, there have been only 2 days where LTH supply decreased, with the decline frequency nearing its lowest level, indicating no significant selling pressure.
In terms of price, Bitcoin is currently around $64,200, while the LTH cost basis is approximately $49,400, corresponding to a 1.30x multiple. It has remained in the low-risk zone between the LTH cost basis and 1.5x ($74,100) for 78 consecutive days. If it breaks above $74,100, it will enter the normal risk zone, whereas if it falls below $49,400, the overall LTH position will enter a loss.
