Nasdaq is getting ready to make the U.S. stock market follow crypto trading hours. If the SEC approves, U.S. stocks will add a new trading session from 9 PM to 4 AM Eastern Time. Essentially, this is further globalization of the U.S. stock market. Asian investors won’t have to stay up late waiting for the market to open, and liquidity from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East can flow in more smoothly.
