Early this morning, I was just thinking about how it’s been a week since I last shorted ADR. When I woke up early as usual, I noticed SK was on the rise, and the momentum looked pretty good, so I went back to sleep. After sleeping a bit more, I woke up again to find that SK had dropped from being up 5% to just up 1%, and ADR had actually gone down. Considering that the premium between ADR and SK had reached 48% by yesterday’s close, I decided to place a short order at $168 to test the waters. At the time, it was around $167.5. When I woke up again, I saw the order had been filled. By the close, SK was still up 1%. Prioritizing dinner first, I immediately set a stop-loss (or take-profit) at $167—enough to cover a meal for sure. Then I placed another short order at $168.5 and left it there. For now, the trend isn’t super clear to me. I’ll just focus on earning enough for meals each day—gotta eat first, right? @Gate Crypto, US stocks, Hong Kong stocks, Korean stocks, gold, CFDs, prediction markets—all-in-one trading platform.
