For the BitMart incident, if you're in Singapore (whether you're a citizen or just living there), here's my personal advice: 1. File a Police Report directly with the Singapore Police Force. Along with your account and asset details, you can also include any firsthand experiences with BitMart in Singapore. 2. Submit materials to MAS. If dozens or even hundreds of Singapore-based BitMart users submit materials together, it will have a much bigger impact than just ranting about BitMart on X. 3. Engage Singapore lawyers + on-chain forensics + cross-border asset tracing. Find out what assets GBM Global Inc. still holds, where BitMart's main wallets are, the recent flow of funds, which affiliated companies still have assets, and which jurisdictions can take preservation measures. (This is mentioned in the tweets I referenced.) 4. Don’t trust any so-called BitMart asset recovery teams. After an exchange collapses, there’s always a second wave of scams. Some people will claim they know BitMart insiders or have internal channels to help you recover your funds, but they’ll ask for a 5% or 10% fee upfront. These are almost always scams—don’t fall for it. Anything else I should add??
