The criminal group is alleged to have used cryptocurrency exchanges to conceal illicit funds transferred from the original victims' accounts. A case investigated in 2025 reported losses of approximately $5.74 million. The court has issued 8 preventive arrest warrants and 18 search warrants, and authorized the freezing of assets such as cryptocurrency exchange and bank accounts. In addition to targeting securities accounts, the law also mandates the seizure of vehicles and boats belonging to the individuals under investigation.
