"...so I just started using this motion on fomo that I had because I can click a button on fomo right now and broadcast to 280,000 people, which is what I did...I tweeted on the timeline, I was like, ‘Wake up, the next billion-dollar cat just arrived on Solana'. Ansem, you randomly responded, you were like, ‘What do you mean?’ And that solidified it. This thing went to 10M in like six hours”
Bro literally just explained exactly why large accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers used to actively avoid tweeting out micro-cap tickers.
This shit would get you kicked out of the space 5 years ago.
Now it's openly bragged about.
For the record- this isn't to say I think this guy in particular is actively pumping and dumping on his following- from what I've seen he hasn't sold any of that token in his public wallet, the ISSUE though is that there is no way to definitively prove that he (or anyone else engaging in this type of behavior) doesn't have a number of side wallets hidden from the public that they ARE selling from.
For this reason the ONLY way to avoid these accusations altogether is to simply stay away from small/micro caps completely- that way there is no way for someone to argue that you're engaging in dishonest behavior (regardless of whether you are or aren't- because it usually can't be proven either way).(CrediBULL Crypto)
