Just said it and already sold too early. Recently, due to the massive market volatility, anyone trying to hold long-term positions got wrecked, so I’ve developed a habit of doing short-term trades. As a result, I’ve sold too early on several great bottom entries recently, including but not limited to Hynix at 997 and SanDisk at 1250... Based on past experience, whenever I sell too early, it usually means the one-sided trend is going to last for a while. For now, looking ahead to 8.26 PCE and the 8.27-29 Jackson Hole meeting, there doesn’t seem to be any major events that could impact the market, aside from the Iran issue.
