SanDisk's stock price has already surged 544% year-to-date. JPMorgan analyst Harlan Sur stated that with the rapid growth of AI inference driving a structural inflection point in NAND demand, SanDisk is in a uniquely advantageous position to benefit. The acceleration of AI applications has significantly increased storage demand, leading to supply constraints. During its Investor Day in New York, SanDisk disclosed that the company will adopt a new business model, including structured pricing mechanisms and large customer prepayment agreements. JPMorgan noted that this framework is expected to improve the company's profit margins and reduce business cyclicality. Currently, SanDisk has signed eight related long-term agreements, with a total contract value of approximately $94 billion based on the minimum price terms, and a weighted average contract duration of over four years. According to LSEG data, of the 25 analysts covering SanDisk, 22 have given it a 'Buy' or 'Strong Buy' rating, while the remaining three have rated it as 'Hold.'
