According to WuTalk, Bloomberg cited insiders reporting that Hong Kong-based stablecoin payment company RedotPay has postponed its U.S. IPO plans. The company is currently addressing legal issues and seeking regulatory approval in the countries where it operates. The IPO timeline, originally planned for later this year, may be pushed back to 2027 or beyond. Bloomberg previously reported that RedotPay had considered raising over $1 billion through a U.S. IPO, with a potential valuation exceeding $4 billion, and was working with investment banks like JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, and Jefferies to prepare for the listing.
