According to Bitcoin News, Bitcoin developers have completed the BIP-54 "Consensus Cleanup" specification, aiming to address four types of consensus edge risks through a soft fork: time-warp attacks, malicious high-validation-cost blocks, 64-byte transaction Merkle proof vulnerabilities, and duplicate Coinbase transactions, without introducing new features. F2Pool co-founder Wang Chun previously stated that they do not currently support the proposal, and the mining pool will not actively send activation signals. However, if BIP-54 gains the required majority support under BIP-9, they will cooperate to upgrade their nodes. Currently, MARA, ViaBTC, and others have started adopting compatible Coinbase transaction formats, but the official activation parameters for BIP-54 have yet to be determined. https://(wublock123.com)/news/news-66422
