WuBlock has learned that video platform RUM Group reported Q2 revenue of $40.4 million, up 61% year-over-year. Of this, $10.1 million came from the acquisition of Northern Data, completed on June 17. Rumble's video business revenue reached $30.3 million, a 21% increase year-over-year. The company posted a net loss of $80.9 million for the second quarter, with an adjusted EBITDA loss of $16.6 million. Following the acquisition, RUM Group has divided its operations into two segments: the Rumble video platform and Quake AI. The latter integrates approximately 22,000 NVIDIA H100/H200 GPUs, with a quarterly utilization rate of around 85%. As of June 30, the company held 293.14 BTC, an increase of 82.32 BTC from the end of Q1, representing a growth of about 39%.
