**[Foxconn's Q2 Net Profit Grows 35% Year-on-Year, AI Server Revenue Share Surpasses 50% for the First Time]** DeepFlow Tech News, August 12 — According to *The Straits Times*, Taiwan's Foxconn (Hon Hai Precision) released its Q2 financial report on August 12, showing a net profit increase of 35% year-on-year to NT$59.97 billion (approximately S$2.38 billion), exceeding analysts' expectations of NT$58.8 billion. Among the revenue, cloud and networking products (including AI servers) accounted for 51%, surpassing the 50% mark for the first time, while smart consumer electronics (including iPhones) accounted for 29%. Rotating CEO Chiang Shang-Yi stated that AI-related business will continue to grow in Q3, coupled with the seasonal demand for ICT products, which is expected to drive significant quarter-on-quarter growth. NVIDIA's next-generation Vera Rubin AI server racks will enter mass production preparation in Q3 and begin shipping in Q4, projected to become Foxconn's core product next year. Additionally, Foxconn expects capital expenditures to grow 30% year-on-year by 2026 and will continue expanding AI server and electric vehicle manufacturing capacities in India, Mexico, and Texas, USA. The company's stock price has risen 17% year-to-date, closing up 2.7% on the day.
