South Korea's leading mobile payment platform Kakao Pay announced in its latest job posting that it is preparing to issue a Korean Won stablecoin and build a global ecosystem. The company is currently hiring product managers for stablecoin and wallet, as well as server developers responsible for stablecoin issuance and circulation. Kakao Pay plans to collaborate with major Korean partners, global enterprises, cross-border payment and remittance networks, and blockchain infrastructure partners.
