[Analyst: Binance Stablecoin Reserves Drop Below $42 Billion, Hitting a One-Year Low] CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost posted that Binance's stablecoin reserves have fallen to $41.9 billion, marking the first time since October 2025 that they have dropped below the $42 billion threshold. Currently, Binance accounts for over 70% of the total stablecoin reserves across exchanges, and its reserves have been steadily declining since November 2025. Darkfost pointed out that this decline reflects investors reducing market exposure and withdrawing stablecoins from the platform, coinciding with weak demand, which has led the platform to reduce reserves due to insufficient demand. This dynamic clearly reflects the persistent pessimism in the market, and for the trend to reverse, demand needs to recover broadly.
