Just finished reading Huatai's report on companion robots. Robots can do more than just laundry and cooking—their biggest role is (killing loneliness). Japan's LOVOT can't do any housework. It can warm up, look at you, come close to you, and give you hugs. Its 3-year retention rate is about 90%, and users hug it for over an hour every day. Each unit sells for nearly 30,000 yuan, with a monthly fee of a few hundred yuan. Plus, clothes, glasses, and straps are additional revenue streams. This business model is already proven. China has an even bigger opportunity. Thanks to the supply chain and global manufacturing capabilities, a companion robot could be replicated for just a few thousand yuan. The next round of competition in the robotics sector isn't just about the evolution of physical AI models—it's about who can get robots into homes and make them part of the family. #AICompanionRobot #EmbodiedIntelligence #RobotEconomy #LOVOT #UBTECH #WoanRobotics #HumanoidRobot #binancecoin:native
