According to CryptoSlate, South Korea's Supreme Court plans to amend the 'Civil Execution Rules,' allowing courts to require exchanges to disclose a debtor's crypto assets within 7 days of receiving an order, and to freeze, transfer, or liquidate those assets for civil debt enforcement. The public consultation period for this rule ends on August 11, and if implemented as planned, it is expected to take effect on October 1. However, assets personally managed via private keys remain difficult to enforce directly. https://(wublock123.com)/news/south-korea-court-order-exchange-disclose-freeze-debtor-crypto-7-day-66269
