[Analyst: Stablecoin total market capitalization has shrunk by nearly $15 billion since May, market liquidity continues to drain, Bitcoin price recovery hindered]
CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost stated in a post that since May, the total market capitalization of stablecoins has lost nearly $15 billion, dropping from approximately $280 billion to $266 billion. From October last year to May this year, the market capitalization remained flat, indicating no liquidity inflow or insufficient liquidity. Now, even though Bitcoin prices have stabilized, demand has not recovered, and this weak trend is hindering Bitcoin's price recovery. On the contrary, the decline in stablecoin market capitalization suggests that liquidity in the crypto market is actually draining.
