Really love this quote from Saylor @saylor: bitcoin:native allows you to fork, but it has no obligation to follow you. The design of BIP-110 was originally: If miners don’t actively reach 55%, once the enforcement window arrives, BIP-110 nodes will reject non-signaling blocks, attempting to force miners to follow using AmericaF’s approach. But Bitcoin’s economic consensus is formed collectively by node rules + hash power + users + exchanges + capital + economic activity. So the end result is almost inevitably failure, unaffected by anyone’s will. For regular BTC holders, just keep doing nothing. No need to migrate BTC, no need to “claim BIP-110 coins,” and definitely don’t import your seed phrase into so-called fork wallets. Unless there’s a very obvious hash power reversal later, this branch currently shows almost no signs of becoming an economically meaningful competing chain.
