90-6-1: Senators at 3:58am ET this morning passed legislation to fund the federal government past the September 30 deadline through the midterm elections until December 11. 60 votes were needed. Republicans Cassidy & Paul, Democrats Kaine, Markey, Warren & Sanders-I voted No; Darline Graham voted Present. Lankford, McConnell & Tillis did not vote. CR now heads to the House, which passed its own stopgap spending bill last month funding the gov't to Dec. 4.(Craig Caplan)
