Data compiled by the Wu Talk team shows that in July 2026, the total derivatives trading volume across 12 major exchanges was approximately $3.03 trillion, down about 11.1% compared to $3.40 trillion in June. Among them, 3 exchanges saw an increase month-over-month, while 9 experienced a decline. Based on trading volume rankings, Binance, OKX, and Bybit took the top three spots with $1.40 trillion, $581.3 billion, and $284.5 billion respectively, accounting for 46.3%, 19.2%, and 9.4% of the total. Together, the top three made up 74.9% of the total volume. Bitget, Gate, and KuCoin saw trading volumes grow by 23.5%, 21.1%, and 7.3%, respectively, while Deribit, HTX, and Hyperliquid experienced declines of 44.4%, 25.7%, and 18.5%.
