Building a Stock Market Survival System
Discipline: Execute like a machine
Your trading system is your constitution—never violate it. When it’s time to buy, buy. When it’s time to cut losses, cut. Remove emotions and turn yourself into an emotionless execution machine. Any decision that requires you to 'think it over' is usually wrong.
Risk Control: Survival first, profit second
Stay alive. As long as you have your principal, there’s always a chance to turn things around. All massive profits come from compounding, and all wipeouts come from losing control after going 'all in.' Controlling drawdowns is more important than chasing limit-ups.
Cold-Blooded: Stocks are chips, not lovers
It’s all about strength, not feelings. When the leader stock breaks down, it’s just scrap paper. When the theme fades, it’s a discarded piece. Don’t fall in love with any stock—we’re not here for romance.
