Take a closer look! Do you see that little bit of 'red'?
It wasn’t there in February or June, but it started showing up in July. The red represents liquidity clusters, meaning a large amount of short-term positions are being actively traded here.
Short-term positions refer to new positions, new funds, or new demand entering the market.
Since liquidity includes both buying and selling, you need to analyze it alongside price action.
When the 'red' appears and the price is at a high level but starts weakening, it indicates stronger selling pressure. When the price is at a low level but refuses to drop further, it shows stronger buying pressure.
But hold on, don’t get too excited just yet.
Even if we’re considering a bottoming process, it usually doesn’t happen with just this one instance of 'red.' It typically requires a sustained period to build momentum for a full transition.
