This should be a big event for you, let me translate it for you.
Just now, the old advertising revenue sharing plan has been cut down and a new creator reward plan has been launched. The new plan will only reward creators who publish "original content", and the methods of harvesting Musk's wool through moving, brainless forwarding, and AI automation may not be feasible.
Starting today, the old plan will no longer accept new members. For those who are already in the old plan, the data will only be counted until September 7th, and there are still 3 rewards left to claim:
August 14th
August 28th
September 11th
The new creator reward program is called "Original Content Rewards", and the KPI is based on your account's "qualified impressions". The calculation method for qualified impressions is:
The people who read your post must be Premium paying users
Your post appears on someone else's "homepage" (the display volume obtained through search, links, comment sections, and other channels is not considered qualified display volume)
At least 50% of the area of your post appears on someone else's screen
If the same person reads it repeatedly, it will only be counted once
If you are not in the old plan, you can now apply to join the new plan in Creator Studio and receive the first reward on August 28th.
If you are "in" the old plan, you will have to wait until September 8th to apply for transfer to the new plan through the "transfer channel", and you can receive the first reward on September 25th.
The application threshold for the new plan is:
At least subscribe to Premium (Basic is not available)
At least 500 blue hooked user fans
In the past 90 days, your post has had at least 500000 views on the homepage of blue checked users (excluding the views of comments)
• Age 18 or above
• Residing in countries/regions supported by the program
The account has no history of violations
• Continuously publish original content
After the application, the result will be available within 3 working days. If rejected, you can appeal again. If it fails again, you have to wait for 90 days before reapplying.
As for what constitutes originality, the official provided some examples:
• Posts and long articles written by oneself
• Photos and videos taken by oneself
• Pictures, reports, and analyses created by oneself
Comments with your own perspective (you can cite other people's content, but you must have your own viewpoint)
Then they felt that the non compliant content was:
Directly copying someone else's content
Just adding copywriting, watermarks, filters, or cropping to someone else's content
Transfer content from other platforms (unless you are an original author)
Forward and add a sentence without nutrition
Content published in bulk using AI or automation tools
There is a community note in Community Notes that has been rated as' helpful '
• Content specifically designed to teach people how to generate platform revenue
Begging interaction and constantly posting "likes, follows, shares" will be kicked out of the plan
For specific examples, there are screenshots in the original text that you can refer to.
