THE BLOCK: Following the Senate's move to delay a procedural vote on the Clarity Act, Sen. Angela Alsobrooks says she is continuing to forge on. "We’ve worked for over a year on a bipartisan basis to protect consumers, limit deposit flight, fight illicit finance, and include a fair deal on ethics.
