The U.S. Senate has postponed the vote on the 'Clarity Act' until September. The U.S. is entering its summer recess, and when they return in September, they'll have to start preparing for the midterm elections. The chances of the 'Clarity Act' passing are basically zero—it looks like it'll be shelved until December this year or even next year.
Japan and Russia already have their 'Clarity Acts,' but the U.S. is still playing games here. The senators blocking the 'Clarity Act' should all be fired.
