According to official reports, CleanSpark's revenue for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 was $138 million, a year-over-year decrease of 30.5%, with a net loss of $239.8 million, compared to a net profit of $257.4 million in the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA was negative $113 million, compared to positive $377.7 million in the same period last year. The company holds Bitcoin valued at $814.9 million, with total assets of $2.7 billion, current assets of $920.8 million, and total debt of $1.8 billion.
In the third quarter, the company signed a 20-year triple-net lease contract worth $6.6 billion for the Sandersville project, fully prepaid the equity portion of the project funding, and ordered all long-lead equipment to meet the project's operational timeline. The company currently controls a portfolio of over 1.8GW of power, land, and data center assets and is transitioning from a Bitcoin mining company to a diversified digital infrastructure platform.
