Senate today unanimously passed the Kay Hagan Tick Reauthorization Act, legislation reauthorizing federal funding for five years for lyme and other tick-borne disease and named after former Senator Kay Hagan (D-NC) who passed away in 2019 due to complications from the Powassan tick-borne virus.
