🚨 SPACEX IS REPEATING TESLA 2010
Tesla’s post-IPO lock-up period ended in December 2010.
Around 75 million shares became eligible for sale.
That created a $1.9 BILLION unlock.
TSLA then crashed nearly 50%.
$2.03 → $1.00
Now look at SpaceX.
Today, SPCX post-IPO lock-up period ends.
Up to 911.5 MILLION shares become eligible for sale.
That's $100 BILLION worth of sell pressure.
Tesla 2010 → SpaceX 2026
Same setup.
But the SpaceX unlock is more than 50× larger.
Even if insiders sell only a small percentage, the market may not be ready for this supply.
