As per the draft proposal: - Passage of vessels belonging to the United States, Israel, and other designated hostile countries would be prohibited. - Military and civilian cargo linked to Israel would be barred from transiting the Strait of Hormuz. - Vessels or cargo deemed to support actions against the Resistance Front would also be banned. - Countries or entities accused of causing damage to Iran would be denied passage until compensation is paid. - Violators could face fines of up to 20% of the value of their cargo. - The Iranian government would assume expanded authority over navigation, vessel traffic monitoring, and maritime security, in coordination with the armed forces.
