[Circle and Dinari Launch Tokenized U.S. Stock Platform, Plan to Bring S&P 500 Constituents On-Chain] According to *Fortune* magazine, California-based tokenized securities company Dinari has announced a partnership with stablecoin issuer Circle to provide U.S. investors with blockchain-based tokenized stock trading services, with plans to bring the entire S&P 500 index constituents on-chain. Dinari stated that its platform represents underlying stocks through 'dShares,' with each token corresponding to real securities held by regulated custodians. Investors can use self-custody wallets to buy and sell stocks with USDC, supporting instant settlement, cross-platform asset transfers, and other features. The company claims this model aims to connect the approximately $300 billion stablecoin market with the over $60 trillion U.S. stock market. Currently, the Dinari platform is live in 85 jurisdictions and supports more than 6,000 tokenized assets.
