Finally, after much anticipation, @ dappOS_com has released Tokenomics Token Economics, and TGE is coming soon. I personally participated in the KOL round and took the opportunity of TGE to talk about my understanding of DAPPOS and its AI OS positioning: 1) DAPPOS is a web3 AI project dedicated to creating low threshold AI operating systems, with its flagship product being xUbble. It adopts the standard operating procedure (SOP) driver, which can directly transform users' simple natural language requirements into documents PPT、 The complete work results of websites, images, videos, research reports, workflows, and more. The ultimate goal is to hand over powerful AI capabilities to ordinary people or one person company OPC. 2) How to implement it specifically? Its core architecture can be divided into three layers: 1. The lowest level Bubble Engine. It is a standard operating procedure (SOP) for specific tasks that is continuously developed, polished, and iterated. It is the core that ensures AI can deliver high-quality content; 2. The middle layer is Bubble Pilot. It is mainly responsible for accurately matching users' natural language needs to corresponding SOP solutions; 3. The upper layer is Bubble Code. It is directly responsible for the corresponding SOP system at the software construction and business creation levels. From landing page, user login, payment process, backend management to final deployment and launch, achieve a closed-loop from "idea" to "operational business" while reducing manual intervention. With the collaboration of these three layers of architecture, it is equivalent to forming a complete closed loop of the AI OS system, from understanding natural language requirements, matching SOP execution plans, to executing high-quality tasks at the bottom, and ultimately producing results. 3) Different from OpenAI's Codex and Tencent's Worktudy, AI OS is aimed at a larger incremental market, especially for ordinary people who have ideas and business resources but no technical background. Because currently, the AI industry is still struggling with models, computing power, and applications. Whether the models are open source and the cost-effectiveness of token resources may affect the retention of users. However, an operating system that allows a large number of non-technical background personnel to directly start doing business is a practical necessity. XUbble has brought this essential requirement to the product, standardizing all complex actions and hiding technical details through SOP, allowing users to turn business ideas into something that can run without needing to understand code or configure their own servers. Alternatively, it can be abstractly understood that xUbuntu is equivalent to the web3 version of Codex+Workbench. 4) Finally, let's talk about the token economics of DAPPOS. Its total token count is 1 billion, with an initial circulation of 20%. The team and investors account for 42.5%, but there is a long lock up and linear release cycle, and early circulation mainly comes from the ecological, treasury, marketing, and airdrop parts. DOS tokens mainly play the role of fuel and incentive for the entire ecosystem in DAPPOS's AI OS system, including: service providers providing servers, domains, computing power, and executing services need to pledge DOS to take on tasks; Users who want to use more advanced SOPs to obtain more quotas need to subscribe or pay using DOS; There will also be incentives for community contributors and the utility of holders participating in governance voting. Finally, it is worth mentioning that since its launch in April, xUbble has helped over 10000 OPCs truly launch their businesses, with a cumulative subscription revenue of $6.8 million. In the current situation where most projects lack PMF, having real paid income data would be more convincing than any dry technical narrative. Note: Regardless, for web3 AI, decentralized AI and the AI OS mentioned here are both great narratives worth exploring in the long run, at least in parallel with the physical AI of web2 AI.
