According to The Wall Street Journal, the AI hedge fund Situational Awareness, managed by former OpenAI researcher Leopold Aschenbrenner, agreed on Wednesday night to sell approximately $3.5 billion in Anthropic equity to investors led by Greenoaks and Sequoia Capital amid margin call pressure.
