using multisig, a passphrase, shared custody across multiple people, plus ongoing open source development and independent audits is about as good as it gets. there’s always a tradeoff between security and complexity. for most people who don’t want to deal with all of that, or simply aren’t managing enough money to justify it, keeping their assets on binance or buying a bitcoin etf is probably the more practical and stress free option.(Yishi)
