[Robinhood Q2 Predictive Market Revenue Reaches $156 Million, Surpassing Cryptocurrency and Stock Trading]
According to The Block, Robinhood's Q2 predictive market revenue surpassed cryptocurrency and stock trading revenue, contributing to a 44% year-over-year increase in total trading revenue to $776 million. Specifically, event contract revenue reached $156 million, cryptocurrency trading revenue was $100 million (a 38% year-over-year decline), and stock trading revenue was $129 million. Robinhood's total net revenue for Q2 grew 32% year-over-year to $1.31 billion, with net profit reaching $573 million, a 48% year-over-year increase. The nominal cryptocurrency trading volume was $40 billion (including $22 billion from Bitstamp). Robinhood entered the predictive market in October 2024, launched its predictive market hub in March this year, and introduced the CFTC-licensed exchange Rothera in June.
