The results show that over 75% of respondents have at least partially integrated AI into their business processes, with 10% having fully implemented it. Entrepreneurs' expectations for AI are concentrated in three key areas: driving revenue growth through sales and marketing (57%), reducing operational costs (55%), and improving customer experience (49%). However, due to the difficulty in quantifying AI's actual benefits, more than one-third of respondents have reduced technology spending, including AI, over the past year, reflecting a cautious "wait for returns before increasing investment" approach. On the talent and organizational front, 88% of respondents expect their workforce to expand within the next 12 months, while 42% are redesigning job roles to incorporate human-machine collaboration capabilities. At the same time, 46% of respondents pointed out that a lack of talent and expertise is the primary obstacle to scaling AI implementation.
