[Zest Protocol Launches Automated Strategy Vaults: Stacks Vaults] Foresight News reports that Bitcoin lending protocol Zest Protocol has launched automated strategy vaults called Stacks Vaults, allowing users to deposit a single asset into an automated strategy, which manages yields on their behalf. The first Stacks Vault will be based on the Bitcoin LST stBTC introduced by Stacking DAO. The initial Vault will be a stBTC looping vault. Holders can deposit stBTC, which the vault will use as collateral to borrow sBTC. The borrowed Bitcoin will then be staked into stBTC, creating a continuous loop to generate compound returns on top of the base Bitcoin staking rewards.
