[UK AI Property Integrator Dwelly Secures $170 Million in Funding] According to Bloomberg, UK-based AI property integrator Dwelly has secured $170 million in funding to acquire more property rental service companies and apply AI technology to its operations. The funding round was led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst, comprising $95 million in equity financing and a $75 million debt facility provided by Trinity Capital. Dwelly did not disclose its valuation. Founded in 2023, Dwelly has acquired 17 companies in the UK and provides AI software services for maintenance, contracts, and other processes for approximately 15,000 properties. Its existing investors include S16VC, Begin Capital, and KKR Europe Private Equity Co-Head Philipp Freise (investing in a personal capacity).
