(NASDAQ: AGPU) announced the signing of a five-year dedicated AI infrastructure contract with a client, valued at over $1.5 billion. Approximately 9,200 NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPU clusters will be deployed in the United States, bringing the company's total contracted value for 2026 to over $3 billion. The company expects to receive over $534 million in customer prepayments within the next 30 days, covering the majority of GPU and infrastructure capital expenditures. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) is projected to increase to approximately $696 million once the clusters are fully operational, nearly doubling from the previously disclosed $385 million. The cluster features a single-tenant architecture designed for high-intensity, production-grade AI workloads such as real-time inference and continuous fine-tuning. It will be designed, deployed, and operated in-house by Axe Compute.
