SK Telecom plans to inject 750 billion KRW (approximately 3.453 billion RMB) into the subsidiary by 2030. The initial goal is to build AI data centers with a total capacity of 5GW by 2029 and expand to 15GW by 2035 based on market demand. In terms of construction layout, SK Hyper will prioritize building a data center cluster in Ulsan, South Korea, and further expand gigawatt-level facilities in the Chungcheong region.
