Jensen Huang sat down with Bloomberg for an exclusive interview and straight-up labeled South Korea as entering its 'Golden Era.'
NVIDIA just dropped some game-changing moves, completely reshuffling the hardware and compute ecosystem:
$50 billion commercial partnership: NVIDIA and SK Group are locking in mutual procurement and sales, tightly integrating the HBM3, HBM3e, and HBM4e roadmap.
⚡ 2GW AI superfactory: A massive AI data center with over 2 gigawatts of capacity is landing on the Korean Peninsula.
$1 billion investment in Naver: Pumping funds into Korea's cloud giant to scale local capacity to 200MW and drive global expansion.
In the interview, Jensen said:
'In the past, computers were built for humans. In the future, computers will be built for other computers.'
The entire semiconductor industry used to serve, at most, 1 billion human users.
Now, we’re looking at cramming 100 billion AI agents and billions of robots into the ecosystem.
The current chip supply chain and computer industry just can’t handle this level of compute demand.
Jensen teaming up with chaebols to build factories, secure power, and lock down HBM is all about laying the foundation for the digital life of the future.
