The crypto world is often an industry driven by profit. Many project teams won’t invest much effort into helping users avoid risks like theft, signing errors, or unauthorized approvals unless there’s direct financial benefit involved. Back in the early days, before the OKX Wallet existed, using crypto was honestly nerve-wracking. If you clicked on the wrong link, connected to a fake website, or signed an unsafe approval, most of the time you just had to accept the loss. Because once an on-chain transaction happens, there’s no customer service to help you reverse it. Security has always been the user’s own responsibility. But ever since the OKX Wallet came out, the user experience has improved dramatically. For example: - If you visit a risky website, it blocks it directly. - If you open a high-risk app, it gives you a warning. - If you’re about to sign a dangerous approval, it flags the risk for you. - If you interact with a suspicious address, it marks it in advance. This is practically nanny-level service. And honestly, I think its biggest contribution to the industry is lowering the barrier to entry for Web3. I’ve always believed that if Web3 really wants to reach more everyday users, it can’t just rely on the idea of “self-custody of assets.” Regular people don’t understand contracts, can’t read hexadecimal data, and definitely won’t do a security audit before every signature. I remember when I first joined the space in 2018-2019, I struggled so much just trying to figure out how to use the MetaMask wallet. Honestly, if OKX Wallet had existed back then, it would’ve been a lifesaver. @OKXWallet_CN
