DEBATE: Leverage ETFs make up of 13% ETF trading but 1% of aum so a) not that big and b) being used as directed. On flip, their volume up 10x in 5yrs and 2x stock long/short ratio is 19x mostly chip/tech so could exacerbate selloff.. me, @Todd_Sohn, @JSeyff debate on Trillions (Eric Balchunas)
